Thursday!

tomorrow is friday! my favorite day of the week. it is the time where most of us only put in 5% during work. nevertheless, it concludes a working week and allows us to have a gd rest. left work at 6.30 today, went amk meet the peeps for dinner. there is this hawker center near the interchange that has not bad western food (maybe i was too hungry). i had chicken chop, pork chop, chicken cutlet, sausage, bacon, egg-sunny-side-up, coleslaw, baked beans and fries. LoL. after that about to go home but the train was too packed, so we decided to detour to causeway point to shop for groceries. sam got himself 10 oranges and some apples (dun ask me why). fatfat got himself a tin of butter cookies (force buying from sam). i got myself my fav chips (wraffles-cheddar cheese and sour cream) and fried mini crab (the jap snack). then we headed home. currently working on some report thingy for work. but i think i needa catch some sleep as tmr is really a long (i included after work activities -.-v) long day. so take care all... have fun and enjoy your weekends.

Mid week

hi all,

this week past a little too fast and furious. firstly, my monday was pretty normal. work then meet the peeps at cyberdome when i leave office around 8.30pm. play a bit then go home at 11+. tuesday was at office till 3pm, then went to the event at suntec. till 9. went balaclava to chill out after that. 11+ went home again. yesterday was at the last day of our event. left office at 10am, then sit around. 2+ went for lunch. initially wanna try the wanton noodles at the fountain area, then my colleagues wanna have jap, so we settled at the jap food in food republic. guess the 3 of us ate how much for lunch. -.- 196++ SGD. haha. we had crazy stuff like salmon sperm, goose liver and those nice recommendation from the boss. something which we dint get to eat elsewhere, or rather we wont choose to order. it was a filling and taste-satisfying meal. then afterwhich went IMM to look for xmas ornaments. bought a red star for my dept's tree. then i went on to rush home and grab my boots and headed to Fico sports hub to play soccer with my friends. played till 9+ went home and rested. worked till 11.57pm and decided to call it a day.

weekends!

time always flies during break time. and my weekends past like a *swish*. first of, worked on sat at suntec for my company's event. i might post some photos shld they be allowed to publicise. haha. then after work went pump room with a couple of colleagues. the atmosphere there not too bad. i kinda enjoyed myself. some people there thought i was the manager of the club for some reason. so entertaining. then went to meet the peeps since i did not really catch up with them due to busy schedule. drink-drank-high... haha. then went home rest.
sunday my mum asked my bro and me to go dim sum at ah yah @ jurong bird park. so went there. the food is not fantastic. so might not be going there again. the 30% discount is tempting though. hahaha. then went home after lunch and rested for the day. play game a bit. then think gonna sleep early tonight to prepare for a brand new work week.

after work went to suntec to have a look at my company's event setup. afterwhich went with the guys to balaclava. then we went to df as the music is getting boring there. drank till 2.30 went home. hahaha. today i am preparing to go out to help out in the event. but prior to that i will be doing some work for my project there. i guess it will be another late night for me today.

weekends!

friday, went to fly with colleagues after work... left office around 8+. then drank till 10. went club 9. drank till 1+ then go home. high from whiskey, nothing much to talk about. =X haha.

saturday, resting in the morning. then relaxed at home till evening. wanted to catch madagascar 2 with the peeps. but the tix were pretty much sold out. dined at BK @ PS. had the ballsy burger (the 4 patty cheeseburger) + mexican drumlet + chicken tender + onion rings and a large cola. pretty filled up. then went to boat quay. drank at martins. then went for a round of pub hopping night. had to get a table for 9 of us. so most of the pubs are out. we went to plush and settled there for the night. played dice and drank our night away. happen to see a "project superstar" contestant in the pub. he sang really well. we were all so impressed. *ahem, my turn to show off* then is my song up nx and when i was singing, he was looking at me. after i finished singing, he came over and introduced himself as jeff. and he complimented my singing. so happy... hohoho. then we finish our drinks and left. he told me to join him in singing sometime... wahahahaha. at around 4, we went for supper at the usual noodle store. i had another bowl of mee sua there. -.-" now i am still eating the way i used to eat, but the problem is i cant stay as slim as i was. >.< i guess i am fated to grow horizontally afterall. LoL.

sunday, chilled at home. then went to ABC market for dinner with the peeps. again its a monsterous meal, overkilled by claypot rice. i had a plate of hokkien prawn noodles, 1/3 of an oyster omlette, 1/4 of rojak and 3 bowls of claypot rice. -.-z felt so sinful after that. then went shopping with the peeps. ff was looking for some shirt for work. and s is looking for a french cuff shirt as he will be the mc for his colleague's wedding on 22nd nov. for myself, i am pretty much looking for a nice black suit. as i only have 1 set now (the rest are other colours). i am pretty much into black suit nowaday. think it looks cool + my work requirement for events and functions. had a set that i kinda fancy but the cutting is not really gd. so i will keep looking. objective is to get a nice looking and fitting set before this sat as i have to be working for my company's event. we shopped till 9+++ then we all decided to head home. tried to wait for taxi but in vain. since ff have to rush home to buy food for his dad, he called a cab while s, chimpy, melon, doraemon and me waited. then after we all got a cab, everyone headed home sweet home.

kind of tired, so i guess i will be hitting the bed pretty soon. so i hope everyone enjoyed their weekends as much as i do. take care!

TGIF

hi all.... today is friday... i guess its always fun to wake up on a friday morning, with only 5% of my mind on work stuff.... the rest of the 95%... hmm, is all at after work stuff... hahahaa. today is something like the last day of my training (although i have been working thru these period already). so i will be really "on my own". but gd thing is my colleagues are really nice ppl and i will pester them to give me information that i need everything. btw, i shall address my colleagues as the snacking monsters from now on. they really snack alot... and they influenced me to snack alot at work too... so, i am preparing for work and looking forward to snack with the snacking monsters today as well....

yesterday was dad's bday, so we had dinner at a chinese restaurant at PSA building as he happened to be in town. we reserved the table at 6.45pm but my mum was calling me at 6 -.- saying they reached liao. so no choice, have to rush off... took taxi from office to PSA. lucky there was only $1 + 35% surcharge coz dun have to call cab. as it was ala carte buffet, chinese style. then eat and eat but the food there was so-so. so my whole family dint eat much. then went home at around 8. and today my dad is flying off again -.-zzzzzz.

p.s. everyone should have an enjoyable fri, sat and sun.

Wednesday

work work and work since monday. i have just done up enough work to make myself tired and be ready to tuck in. its always nice to be chatting with someone along work and i am really glad just now =). anyways time to catch the flight to dreamland. take care all!

Sunday!!!!

hoho, i just got home from a yum cha session with my family. its a once in 2 months thingy now. not that bad. haha. my weekends were pretty much fun. on friday, i met my sister, eddy and jillie for dinner then we went dp to chill. after that they went to cable car but i dint go along as i am meeting the peeps for ktv at top one. crazy ppl! they wanna sing from 11pm to 6am -.-. all i knew was the atmosphere is gd and we sang our hearts out. i fell aslp at 4+ and they woke me up at closing. haha.
sat was a dinner with the peeps at ps, then we went to dp to chill out. till 3+. then as the lightning is flashing, we decided to leave before the heavy downpour. reached home and had a gd rest thru the rainy night.
sun is only halfway thru at this point, just finished my dim sum lunch with my family and as i have no where in mind to head to, i decided to come home with dad. i shall be relaxing my mind and body today at home to prepare for the upcoming week. haha.

anyways, i think i have came to a conclusion in term of my part time studies. had a chat with my dad and he is supportive of me deferring my studies as he thinks that career should be priority. so, in the event whereby work is conquering most of my time, i will put a hold to my studies and continue at the earliest possible time.

i hope everyone had their fair share of a gd weekend.

thurs

a week has passed... busy busy... i dint realised its thursday till the peeps were talking about tmr is tgif... -.- i think i am suffering from work overdose but i am really enjoying it... maybe coz i have all the time for myself and working is where i can find myself. so i presume thats the reason i dun mind working late, doing extra stuff and all. i am looking forward to my career advancement actually even though i am very green to my job. now 3 weeks old, coming to a month soon. i think i will try my best to go full fledge at work as soon as possible. projects are coming in one after another and everyone in my dept were busy like bees. gd thing again, tmr is friday, can go release steam. hahaha. anyways i guess we shld all enjoy fridays no matter what.

time to go to bed le... nites!!!

happy belated halloween!

fri is halloween, lotsa scary ppl roaming the streets. well, we have a little halloween party in office. there were quite many sporty colleagues who dressed up as whatever u can think off. i dint really participate, i think i look scary without my specs on and looking serious >.<. then had some wine and snacks in office. stayed till 8. then went to club 9 with my colleagues for more drinks. songs and booze was going around all the way till 3am. then went home, exhausted. haha.

sat woke up quite late, coz too tired. slpt till 3+ in the afternoon. then relax a bit, then met the peeps for dinner (peeps = fatfat, sam, ++++ the usually bunch). then we went dp to chill. met uncle eddy there with his friend. enjoyed the night with songs and drinks till 6am >.<. i dint realised i can still hang out till morning nowadays. then went home, rest.

sun, i cant sleep as much, dunno why. woke up at around 10. then went to meet the peeps for brunch. they brought me to "ABC" market at bukit merah. got very nice oyster omelette there. hahaha. and the porridge is good too. 5 of us have $60++ worth of food there. then we were thinking of where to eat for dinner... our random-ness overcame us and we decided to cook at someone's house. everyone was giving their 2 cents worth when we came to conclude that we shall have steamboat to make things easy. so we went to shop for food and necessities. then found that the steamboat pot was not working, went to buy a new pot. after buying the new pot, kitchen crew called to inform us that the old pot was actually working -.-zzzzzzzz. all these nonsensical events made our dinner started at around 10pm. by the time we finish up its almost midnight. then went home loh. hahaha. now here i am blogging with the remaining of my memory hoping to be entertaining enough for anyone who read my blog. LoL.

alrighty, good news. term break for a week. no rushing to class tmr for a week. haha. can rest a bit more le. anyways i hope everyone enjoyed this weekend as much as i do and have a great nov!

sidenote: i find that its already november 2008 just a moment ago. this year actually flies! be it a gd year or not, i would rather hope for a better year in 2009 for everyone i know. =)
